Introduction and Conclusion This is our last week. I hope that you have found this workshop interesting, informative, and helpful. This was a first step for us and I apologize for any snafus and problems that you encountered. We learned a lot about working with this technology to deliver a workshop. Look for improvements (especially chat and discussion lists) when we launch the full site in September. We will conclude the workshop with a fuller discussion of the Next Generation Quality Model, how its components fit together, and the use of balanced scorecards.
