This Week's Assignment This week's assignment is harder than last week. I would like you to pick at least one of the tools and use it on a pathway related topic. PERT chart a pathway, cause-effect analyze a variance, analyze the effect of a variance, flowchart something. Attach them to an e-mail (if your email client lets you) or fax them to me (508.359.9630). I can accept Word, Excel,Powerpoint each of which can do all of these tools (check the drawing tools) or MS Project (early versions) for PERT charts. Let me know what you think of the tools and how useful they are in your work. To facilitate the attachment process the submission process will work differently this week.
