Summary and Conclusion This week we have presented four tools for process thinking. Each tool plays a role throughout a pathway's life cycle and are essential for effective variance analysis. Next week we will explore statistical thinking tools that help analyze all that variance data you've been collecting. Added to the process thinking tools we've learned this week these statistical thinking tools will give you a very good quality improvement tool kit.   Until next week........
