Here you will learn more about our revolutionary Gateway Variance Management System and its role in a larger Next Generation Quality System that drives clinical excellence.

The workshop format is as follows:

• We will present the material every week in basic web page format.
• Each week will have an assignment which you can email to me. I will comment on your work and email it back to you. If you are willing I will also forward the posting on to others on the list.
• Each week's materials also has an evaluation form and a questions and comments form. I will read and reply, and with your permission pass the email along to the others.
