Combines the new methodologies of value added analysis and activity based costing with TQM. Understanding and Applying Value-Added Assessment : Eliminating Business Process Waste Trischler, 1996 The best book on value added analysis. Presents and describes a very detailed and thorough methodology for performing value added analysis, including a dictionary of value and non-value added terms. Great for getting any organization up and running on VA. The methodology in this book is also the basis of synXpert a great VA software package that we use in our value analysis projects.
