Goal : A Process of Ongoing Improvement Goldratt, Cox; 1994 The book that started the world thinking about the Theory of Constraints. A great book, written as a novel, and an interesting theory of processes and how to improve them. A very realistic depiction of organizational change and the impediments of current thinking about "efficiency" and "costs". VERY readable. No math.

Critical Chain Eliyahu Goldratt, 1997 Applies the Theory of Constraints to project management. Another novelization of TOC by Goldratt.

It's Not Luck Goldratt, 1994 The sequel to The Goal. Another great book, this one focuses on Goldratt's problem solving tools and techniques. Also written as a novel so it is accessible to anyone.

Theory of Constraints Goldratt, 1990 A more theoretical "prequel" to The Goal.
The Race Goldratt, 1996 More on the Theory of Constraints and Goldratt's thinking tools.

The Haystack Syndrome : Sifting Information Out of the Data Ocean Goldratt, 1991 Goldratt's theories on data analysis.
