The power of the World Wide Web allows us to offer onLine versions of our workshops. Each workshop is presented in  6-10 weekly modules. Each workshop is connected to a discussion forum so that students can learn from each other and talk to me. Some workshops also include support files such as simulation models, spreadsheets, or word processing documents.

Currently we have the following workshops available or under construction:

• Variance Management Systems (Online Now) - Learn issues that destroy variance management systems and how to overcome them using our innovative Gateway Variance Management System.
• Next Generation Quality Systems (Start Date TBA) - Learn how to combine clinical pathways, variance management systems, patient documentation, and continuous improvement into a powerful system for achieving clinical excellence. Go where no clinical pathways program has gone before.
• Pharmacy Process Improvement: Outpatient (Start Date TBA) - Using our RxSim2 simulation model as a learning tool, this workshop applies quality and process improvement tools and techniques to outpatient and healthcenter pharmacies. Reduce waiting, improve staffing, and increase patient satisfaction using these tools. Read-only version of RxSim2 included.
• Process Improvement for Healthcare (Start Date TBA) - Learn the latest and best tools for process improvement.
