First, we offer several ways to contact us and talk about your problems and needs:

• Instant Messaging. We subscribe to AOL's Instant Messenger, under the buddy name BobLuttman. If we are online, which is often, you can contact us through your Instant Messenger.
• Bulletin Boards. Post a message on one of our bulletin boards - which will notify us of your posting. We usually reply within 24 hour, often far faster. If we can't help maybe somebody else can.
• Chat Room. Visit one of our chat rooms. These are scheduled chat rooms for everyone's convenience.
• E-mail. E-mail us, we usually respond within 24 hours.

Sharing, Collaborating, and Improving

Second, we offer several ways to work with you online:

• OnLine Resources. We offer a variety of resources on this web site: From technical papers to simulation models. All free.
• OnLine Workshops. We offer online versions of our workshops. From variance management systems to next generation quality to process improvement. All free.
• Collaborative Space. We provide secure private file server space, chat rooms, and bulletin boards to clients to facilitate sharing, collaboration, and more efficient project processes.
